Articulation Agreements
Erie Institute of Technology hold articulation agreements with both Edinboro University and Clarion University – Venango Campus. Students can apply their education and credits toward furthering their education at these two institutions.
Edinboro University
Erie Institute of Technology students are now eligible to transfer their credits to two associate degree programs at Edinboro University after successful completion of their program at EIT.
- Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MET)
- Associates of Applied Sciences (AAS)
Enhance your technical training with academic coursework at Edinboro that will prepare you with a college degree to advance in today’s job market. The following EIT programs qualify:
- Industrial Maintenance & Mechatronics
- CNC/Machinist Technician
- Welding Technology
- Electronic Technician
- Electrician
- HVAC/R Technology
Most classes will take place at the Edinboro’s newly renovated and expanded Porreco College in Erie, PA.
Clarion University
Erie Institute of Technology students can now apply their technical education from EIT to earn a degree from Clarion University.
- Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Technology
- Associate of Applied Science in Administration Technology
- Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Leadership
Upon successful completion of the following EIT Programs, students may transfer up to 36 credits depending on the program to the above degrees:
- Business and Information Management
- Electrician
- Electronic Engineering Technology
- Electronic Technician
- Medical Equipment Technician
- Network and Database Professional
- Multimedia Graphic Design
- CNC/Machinist Technician
- Industrial Maintenance & Mechatronics
- HVAC/R Technology
- Welding Technology
Courses are offered at the Venango Campus, Main Campus of Clarion University and many courses can also be taken online.
